This year, we’re hosting Diamond Blue at the Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen in Mexico, a property we’ve proudly operated at for six years.

 

Our deep familiarity with the resort allows us to offer a curated experience led by some of our most dedicated team members. While Diamond Blue provides a more accessible option, it retains a strong focus on exceptional hospitality, gourmet kosher cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere.

For those wondering how we achieve this balance: we focus on the essentials—hospitality, food and beverage, and a renowned hotel brand—while simplifying other elements, such as entertainment, to ensure the best value for our guests.
